I have been having minor spasms all evening.
Not in a leg or arm.
Not a facial tic.
I have been having spasms in the tip of my nose.
Weird? You bet.
It's not a particularly unpleasant feeling. Kind of, well, crinkly is the only word I can think of that comes close.

It's probably neurological. Nothing to worry about
All you got there is some cartilage, skin, blood vessels, and nerves. Have you tried putting ice on it? That might calm the nerves a bit. Or you could just lop it off with a big ol' cleaver. Won't feel that anymore.
